The Holmen Area Rotary Club asked visiting District 6250 Governor Michelle McGrath to pick the Shed Raffle winner. There are actually 2 winners- One for the Shed and one for the 4 UWM Badger tickets. First drawn ticket gets choice. And the Winner is! (drum roll please).
