Saturday February 8th was Holmen Area Rotary Club's Annual Dinner at Drugan's. It is an annual event, where the club gets together, socializes, has a meal, reflects on the year's achievements, honors the youth exchange host families and recognize individual achievement. Congratulations Judy McHugh for being awarded HARC's 2019 Rotarian of the Year!
