Lighting the Flame, the Origins of Mayo Clinic Health System – Franciscan Healthcare

A new :25 minute film has just been released called “Lighting the Flame, the Origins of Mayo Clinic Health System – Franciscan Healthcare.” It is a very artistic film, and includes an original music score and cool drone footage over the bluffs and rivers. The film traces the development of our organization in this region, illuminating the pivotal, pioneering role of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration and the remarkable similarity in the paths that led to creation of both St. Francis Hospital in La Crosse and Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
