Get your lumberjack on! The Club will be cutting, delivering and setting up the trees in Halfway Creek Park in anticipation of our Holidays in the Park Tree Trimming Contest. Dress in warm work clothes. We will meet at Halfway Creek Park at 9:00 to go get the trees. Will also need help setting them up. 

The Club participates in the Rotary Lights Parade downtown. Members are encouraged to walk with the Rotary Float  from the starting point to Riverside Park for the initial lighting of the displays. Walkers should get to the starting point by 4:30. Parade starts at 5PM 

Floats will be staged on  6th street south of Main street. You can't miss the big Rotary Wheel float. 

Rotary Night Volunteer 

The Club needs to dismantle and pack away Holidays in the Park. Trees are disconnected and dragged to the street, electrical cords are rolled up, lights removed from the gazebo and stage , light bridges dismantled etc. 

You and a guest are invited to be part of a Holiday Dinner as we kick off the new year with our fellow Rotarians from the Onalaska Hilltoppers Rotary Club.   It will take place at Mary Cody's Restaurant in Onalaska.

We will enjoy a buffet dinner and there will be a cash bar on Wednesday January 15, 2025.  The cost is $30 per person.  Please pay via Venmo or bring a check/cash to our Club meeting on January 8th or January 15th.

The purpose of this meeting is to go over and familiarize members with the tools available to :

• Create Events, Sign up sheets and Volunteer lists in Club Runner
• How to create website content in Club Runner

If you are interested in being able to help manage the club's website and utilize it's potential, please consider showing up. We will be working ClubRunner on a big screen but bring your laptop with your club-runner login and password along  to learn by doing. 

The Holmen Area Rotary Club was chartered in February 2007.  So this year we will be celebrating our 18th year on February 20th at the Blue Moon Restaurant in Onalaska with gathering in their Moonlight Lounge.

• Social Hour:    5:30 - 6:30 pm with a cash bar
• Buffet Dinner:    6:30 pm    Featuring Carved Prime Rib or Salmon

Following dinner there will be a program spotlighting some recent and past activities.  We will also announce this year's Rotarian of the Year.

We would love to have all of our members in attendance and you can bring a guest.  The cost is $40 per person.

No morning meeting on Wednesday - We will meet at 5:30 at Features for a club social event. See you there. 

RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) camp is May 9th - 11th at Upham Woods. Our club is providing dinner for the kids/staff on Friday night May 9th. To help reduce cost and also let our members get involved I am creating a sign-up for anyone that can make dessert bars or cookies. We need approximately 10 people to make a batch of 20 bars. Please bring bars to our 7:00 a.m. meeting on May 7th.

Please join us for Spring Highway Cleanup!  We meet at the Wisconsin Builders Supply Parking Lot.  Should this be rained out, the backup date is May 17th.  Please make sure to wear sturdy footwear and also bring gloves if you have some.  Let's hope for a beautiful day.  See you there!!!!

Holmen Community Garden SetUp.  Install Weed Barrier, Drip Hoses, Fencing and clean up raised beds.  Planting cole crops if enough time.
